Connecting to Windows Server 2008 from Ubuntu

Here is something I learned, I could connect remotely to a Windows Server 2008 machine using rdesktop (a remote desktop software). This article made it very easy http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/linux-remote-desktop-for-controlling-windows-xp-desktop.html
  1. Enable remote desktop at the Windows Server 2008 machine
  2. Install rdekstop from the terminal
    sudo apt-get install rdesktop
  3. Connect to Windows 2008 Server
    rdesktop 123.45.67.89
  4. A window of the Windows Server 2008 will be displayed
